• Payment-related information processed by Stripe when you connect an account, subscribe to the platform, or when your clients pay you through the Service.
• Technical and usage data such as device/browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from network data.
• Messages you send through the public Contact Us form.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users, send product emails (such as invites and payment/download notices), and respond to support requests.
• Process platform subscriptions and enable Stripe Connect payment flows for professionals.
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Understand aggregate product usage through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Payments

Card and bank payment details for client invoices and platform subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on Plans Release servers. Stripe's use of payment data is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy materials.

File storage

Plan files you upload are stored so the Service can deliver previews and, after payment confirmation, final downloads according to your project settings and retention rules. Files may be removed after configured retention or unpaid windows expire.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example hosting, object storage, email delivery, and Stripe). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, users, or others.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for the Service to function, and we use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Analytics configuration should avoid sending unnecessary personal project details. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain account, project, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, security, and accounting obligations. Uploaded files may be deleted earlier under product retention rules.

Your choices

You may update account profile details in the Service, request support regarding your account data, or close your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a cloud software service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
